RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made through BEAULIFE at beaulife.tr

address.

1. General Information

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may return or exchange them under the conditions below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Return)

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without providing any justification.

The product to be returned must be:

Unused

In its original, undamaged packaging

In a resalable condition

3. Products Not Accepted for Return Due to Hygiene

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Opened cosmetic and skincare products

Products with opened protective seals

Personal care items

These products cannot be resold due to health and hygiene regulations.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order is damaged or sent incorrectly, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

In this case:

The product will be exchanged or

A refund will be issued

Shipping costs will be covered by BEAULIFE.

5. How to Initiate a Return?

Send a return request including your order number to info@beaulife.tr.

After receiving approval, the product should be sent to the address provided to you.

The return process begins after the product is inspected.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received by BEAULIFE, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Delays caused by banking processes are not the responsibility of BEAULIFE.

7. Exchanges

Product exchanges can be made depending on stock availability. For exchange requests, the shipping process is handled through mutual communication with the customer.
