This form has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the consumer prior to order confirmation.

5. Payment Information

Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other secure payment methods offered on the site. The payment infrastructure is provided through secure payment systems.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without giving any reason.

Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
